PHENOL FORMALDHYE EXTERIOR RESIN (WBP/E1)

     Among all the resins used in the production of plywood the most appropriate and durable resin is determined to be Phenol Formaldehyde Exterior Glue (WBP/E1). While it provides the maximum resistance against water and air conditions, is not affected by the high heat during the process of pouring and losing water, and its endurance to the chemicals of construction in the concrete is high.

     Phenolic film imported from Finland, is the top layer produced with the aim of developing the surface characteristics of the wooden based panels surfaces, especially for the concrete pouring process. It has the characteristic of directly sticking to the panel under heat and pressure.

Flexibility
It is appropriate for many different implementations and use; such as phenolic film surface, concrete pouring process, truck frames, stocking, production of shelves and isolation.

Durability
Panel together with the phenolic film surface is protected against scratching, abrasion and provides a longer life.

Chemical Durability
By resisting the diluted acid, alkaline, organic chemicals, many neutral acids and ,acid salts, exposed during the process of concrete pouring, increases the percentage of reuse of panel.

Use in Open Areas
Phenolic film surface is durable to severe air conditions.
